Offering the best surf trips in the Mentawai Islands, the Midas surf charter is also reasonably priced!
Each boat charter lasts 11 surfing days and 12 nights near the Mentawai Islands. Midas sails with a minimum of 6 people, and a maximum of 10. The more people in the surf group, the lower the rates per person.
Please inform us if a longer Mentawai stay is required. Surf charters are booked within certain time slots. See our boat charter schedule for details.
The base rate for a whole boat charter with 6 persons is USD 33,000 and is normally shared between all members of your surf group. A deposit of USD 1,000 per person must be paid in order to confirm a surf charter booking.

The Mentawais surf charter packages have been designed to include as much as possible, covering almost every activity and circumstance.
We include the following in your Mentawais surf charter package:
- All food, beer, soft drinks.
- Individual cabin accommodation (en-suite bathroom and air-con)
- Snorkeling, fishing equipment
- A zodiac for photography and wakeboarding.
- Airport transfers from Padang airport
- Day hotel as required
- Mentawai $3 per day surf tax

- Overnight hotels if you wish to arrive in the Mentawais early or leave a few days later
